Young couples are often very hands-on when it comes to their wedding planning—they have a vision, they’re not afraid to try new things, and they want their wedding day to reflect their personalities. Hannah mentioned she wanted to be a young mother which is why she and Donnie decided to get married at the age they are. I think knowing you would love to be a care giver at her age is amazing and we need more people like it.
There’s something incredibly special about working with couples who are just beginning their journey together. Their excitement is contagious, and their joy is so pure and genuine, making my job as a wedding photographer incredibly rewarding. Young couples often opt for modern, fun, and creative wedding ideas, and I’m here for it all! Hannah and Donnie met at their church and that is where the ceremony was. They had their church choir sign and they also incorporated a lot of their own traditional values. One thing I loved the most was when they came down the stairs they both bowed to their families. It was the first time I had ever witnessed it and it was a part of my shot list.
